Frequently asked questions
How much do design and printing services cost?
Pricing is quote-based, so there is no published price list. Quantity, size, paper stock, color, binding and finishing all change the number. Send your details and we will quote the job accurately.
I don't have artwork yet. Can you design it?
Yes. Our in-house creative services cover graphic design, layout and copywriting, and our team stays current with design styles and techniques. You can also send print-ready files if you already have them.
What file formats do you accept?
PDF is preferred, and we also accept Adobe, JPEG, GIFF and other formats. Files should be CMYK, 300 DPI minimum, with crop marks and 1/8 inch bleed. Use our FTP site for files over 100mb.
How fast can I get my order?
Orders are normally ready to be picked up or shipped within 24-72 hours of receiving properly created files. No order carries a guaranteed pick-up or delivery time.
Do you only serve New York City?
No. We ship nationwide by UPS and USPS. In Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens we also offer messenger delivery with a $25.00 minimum delivery charge, plus customer pickup Monday through Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
Can you handle the mailing too?
Yes. We offer full direct mail service, including mailing list acquisition, NCOA, addressing and USPS-compliant mailing, plus variable data printing for personalized pieces.
