How fast can I get my flyers?
Orders are normally ready to be picked up or shipped within 24-72 hours from submission of properly created files. No order carries a guaranteed pick-up or delivery time.
Can you deliver flyers in Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens?
Yes. Messenger delivery is available to Manhattan, Brooklyn or Queens with a $25.00 minimum delivery charge. We also ship UPS and USPS nationwide, Monday through Friday, and offer customer pickup. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.
How should I set up my file?
PDF is preferred; we also accept Adobe, JPEG, GIFF and others. Art should be CMYK, 300 DPI minimum, with crop marks and 1/8 inch bleed. Files under 100mb can be uploaded; larger files go through our FTP site.
I don't have a design yet. Can you make one?
Yes. Our in-house creative team handles graphic design, layout and copywriting, so you can start from an idea instead of a finished file.
Can you mail the flyers for me?
Yes. We offer full-service direct mail, including mailing list acquisition, NCOA, addressing and USPS-compliant mailing, so one shop handles printing and the mail drop.
