Can I pick up my books, or do you deliver?
Customer pickup is available Monday through Friday; we are closed Saturday and Sunday. We also offer messenger delivery to Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens with a $25.00 minimum delivery charge, plus UPS and USPS shipping across the United States.
What files do you need?
PDF is preferred, and we also accept Adobe, JPEG and GIFF files. Art should be CMYK, 300 DPI minimum, with crop marks and 1/8 inch bleed. Files under 100mb can be uploaded online; larger files go through our FTP site.
Can you design the book for me?
Yes. Our in-house creative services cover graphic design, layout and copywriting, so you can hand off a concept or a rough file and we will take it to press.
