How is pricing set for a modernization project?
The assessment is free. Refactor work is quoted as fixed-fee waves after scoping, so you know the number before work starts. AWS Well-Architected Framework Review credits are applied when your workload is eligible.
Do we have to rewrite the whole application?
No. We scope the work into waves and pick the right path for each component, from replatforming to a full serverless refactor. The assessment tells you which parts are worth changing first.
Which AWS services do you use for refactors?
Lambda, EventBridge, Step Functions, API Gateway, ECS Fargate and App Runner, with Control Tower landing zones and security services like GuardDuty and Security Hub where needed.
Do you work with companies outside AWS?
We are AWS-only. We do not do Azure or Google Cloud work. We do move on-prem, colo, VMware and other-cloud workloads to AWS as part of a migration.
Where do you deliver? Are you only in New York?
We are headquartered in New York City and deliver remote-first across the United States, in AWS commercial US-East and US-West regions, with GovCloud on request.
