Mulcher blades, series and grades
Clean Cutter makes replacement mulch blades for tractor-mounted flail mowers and mulchers used in farming, land clearing, roadside mowing and vegetation control. Blades come in straight, curved left and curved right patterns across the 115, 2200, 4400 and 5500 series.
Pick the wear grade that matches your ground. Plain blades are the economy choice. Hard-faced blades add welded material for about twice the life. Super-Koat heat-treated blades run three or more times longer in highly abrasive soil, which cuts labor and downtime.

How much do mulch blades cost?
Price depends on the series and the wear grade. As a guide, plain 4400 series blades are listed at $8.32 each and plain 115, 2200 and 5500 series blades at $9.94 each, net. Prices do not include shipping and can change without notice, so ask for a current quote.
How do I know which mulcher blade fits my mower?
Send the mower manufacturer and model, or the part number on the old blade. We cross-reference by manufacturer, flail style or part number. For example, the 4400 series heavy-duty blades fit BW-SM 120 and SM144 mowers.
What is the difference between Plain, Hard-Faced and Super-Koat?
Plain is the standard steel blade. Hard-faced blades have welded material added and typically last twice as long or more. Super-Koat is our heat-treating process and typically lasts three or more times longer than plain in highly abrasive ground.
Is there a minimum order?
Blades are priced each, and weights are listed per 100. Tell us the count you need for your machine or fleet and we will quote that quantity.
Do you ship, and is shipping included?
We ship to the United States, Canada and Mexico. Shipping is paid by the customer and is not included in blade pricing.
Can you make a blade that is not in the catalog?
Yes. We manufacture OEM and custom blades to spec, in Plain, Hard-Faced or Super-Koat. Send your drawing or a sample blade and we will review it.
