What tube sheet repair includes
Coating alone cannot save a tube sheet that has lost metal. We assess corrosion depth and joint integrity first, rebuild the damaged areas, then apply the protective coating system. That order is what keeps the repair from failing early.
Work is done on site during planned chiller downtime, or as an emergency repair when corrosion is found. Pricing is project-based after a free on-site inspection.

How much does tube sheet repair cost?
Pricing is project-based. It depends on chiller size, tube sheet condition, how much corrosion repair is needed, whether water box work is included, and access. You get a free estimate after an on-site inspection.
Do you replace tubes or retube bundles?
No. We repair and coat tube sheets, tube ends and water boxes. Tube replacement and retubing are outside our scope, as are refrigerant and mechanical HVAC repairs.

On site across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont and New York, including Boston metro, NYC and the five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester.
When can the work be scheduled?
Most repairs are scheduled during planned chiller downtime, often the fall or spring shoulder season or summer break for schools. Emergency mobilization is available when corrosion or a leak is found.
Will the coating hold if the tube sheet is badly pitted?
Only if the metal is rebuilt first. We reconstruct severely corroded areas to restore thickness and joint strength before the 100% solids coating is applied.
Can you handle the water box at the same time?
Yes. Tube sheet, tube end and water box scope can be combined into a single mobilization, which lowers total cost and keeps the outage to one window.
