Why facilities teams choose our coating system

Corrosion stops at the surface

The cured film is non-conductive. It blocks the electrical path that drives galvanic, pitting and crevice corrosion.

Prep done right

Contained abrasive blasting to a white metal finish (SSPC-SP 5 / NACE No. 1). Good prep is why coatings last.

Less downtime

Quick-cure technology means your equipment goes back in service sooner. Work is scheduled around your outage window.

Cheaper than replacement

Coating-based restoration is a cost-effective alternative to replacing chillers, exchangers or cooling towers.

Stronger joints

On tube sheets, the coating reinforces tube-to-tube-sheet joints, adding over 1,000 pounds of push-out strength in some cases.

One contractor, wide scope

Chillers, exchangers, towers, steel, tanks, piping, concrete floors and waterproofing across New England and New York.

What our industrial protective coatings cover

Solvent-based coatings run 50-80% solids. They flash off solvents, give off VOCs, shrink as they cure and build less film per coat. Our 100% solids epoxy system builds maximum film in one coat with no solvent flash-off, no VOC emissions and no shrinkage. The cured film is structurally stronger, which is what constant water-side service demands.

Every job follows the same three steps: deep cleaning to remove scale, biofilm and corrosion deposits, contained abrasive blasting to white metal with reconstruction of badly corroded areas, then the 100% solids coating system. Pricing is project-based after a free on-site inspection.

  • Chiller tube sheet coating, tube end coating and repair
  • Water box and end bell coating, including inlet and outlet nozzles
  • Heat exchanger coating: shell-and-tube, plate and brazed-plate
  • Condenser, evaporator and power plant condenser bundle coating
  • Cooling tower basin, sump and deck coating and restoration
  • Air handler coil, drain pan and casing cleaning and coating
  • Industrial painting for structural steel, tanks and process piping
  • Contained abrasive blasting and water blasting, concrete repair, epoxy floor coating, shotcrete and waterproofing

Frequently asked questions

How is pricing set for industrial protective coatings?

Pricing is project-based. We give a free estimate after an on-site inspection. Cost depends on equipment size, surface condition, how much corrosion repair is needed, the scope of work and access constraints.

What surfaces and equipment can you coat?

Chiller tube sheets, tube ends and water boxes; heat exchangers, condensers and evaporators; cooling tower basins, sumps and decks; air handlers; and structural steel, tanks and piping. We also do concrete repair, epoxy floor coating, shotcrete and foundation waterproofing.

Do you sell coating materials we can apply ourselves?

No. We are a service contractor, not a coating manufacturer. We supply the crew, the containment, the surface prep and the application.

Where do you work?

On-site across New England and New York: Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Vermont and New York, including Boston metro, NYC and the five boroughs, Long Island and Westchester.

How much downtime should we plan for?

The coating uses quick-cure technology so downtime is kept to a minimum. We schedule around planned outages, shutdowns or shoulder season. Your estimate will spell out the schedule for your equipment.

What surface preparation do you use?

Contained abrasive blasting to a white metal finish (SSPC-SP 5 / NACE No. 1 equivalent), with containment to control dust and media. Water blasting is used where dry abrasive is not an option.
