Heat exchanger coatings and repair, done in three steps
Heat exchanger internals face the same corrosive water chemistry that attacks chiller tube sheets: scale, biofilm, dissolved oxygen and erosion. The result is lost heat transfer, lost capacity, pitting and early tube failure. Our coating system protects those surfaces and extends service life.
Every job follows the same discipline. We deep clean to remove biofilm, scale and corrosion deposits. We use contained abrasive blasting to a white metal finish (SSPC-SP 5 / NACE No. 1), with water blasting where dry abrasive is not an option. We rebuild severely corroded areas. Then we apply the 100% solids epoxy system, with no solvent flash-off, no VOC emissions and no shrinkage during cure.

Which heat exchangers can you coat?

Do you replace tubes or retube the bundle?
No. We are a coatings and surface restoration contractor. We clean, blast, rebuild corroded metal and coat. We do not retube, sell equipment or handle refrigerant and mechanical repairs.

How long will my unit be out of service?
Work is scheduled during a planned outage, and the quick-cure coating is built for minimal downtime. Your exact window is confirmed after the on-site inspection.
