Do we buy the machine or do you provide it?
We work on a service-and-stock model. CDS Refresh places the brewing equipment, keeps it supplied and maintains it. We do not sell machines outright to owner-operators.
Which coffee brands can we get?
Starbucks, Pelican Rouge Coffee Roasters, Peet's Coffee & Tea and Lavazza, with Fair Trade coffee and tea options available.
What happens if the brewer stops working?
We provide on-site troubleshooting, cleaning and repair. Our warehouse is stocked with replacement equipment so we can swap a machine out and keep downtime low. If we miss your call, we follow up within 24 hours.
Do you service my location?
We serve the DFW Metroplex, including Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth, Irving, Plano, Richardson, Carrollton, Allen, McKinney, Lewisville, Grand Prairie, Denton, Grapevine, Addison and Waxahachie, plus Abilene, Texas.
Can we add water, snacks or a micro-market later?
Yes. We also provide bottleless water filtration, snack and beverage vending, pantry service, smart coolers and micro-markets, so one provider covers the whole break room.
