How is DLAN priced for a statewide or citywide rollout?
Pricing is available on request and is based on your deployment, not on the number of seats. BCG uses bandwidth-based licensing, so user counts can grow without new seat fees. Ask for a quote and we will scope it to your jurisdiction.
Can we host it on our own servers?
Yes. DLAN is available cloud-hosted as SaaS or installed on-premise. BCG is an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified provider and uses role-based access controls and audit trails either way.
Is it NIMS and ICS compliant?
Yes. DLAN was the first and only incident management system evaluated by FEMA's NIMS STEP program as fully compliant with NIMS and ICS principles and interoperability communications standards. It includes ICS-compliant templates and forms.
Can it be customized for our agencies?
Yes. Dashboards, forms and workflows are configurable to your agency structure. BCG also offers custom engineering and integration services. If a requested customization would help other customers, it may be developed at a significantly reduced cost or at no cost.
Do you help with training and activations?
Yes. BCG offers role-based, ICS and scenario-based training, system administration support, exercise support, and onsite activation support with just-in-time training during large incidents. All DLAN staff are trained through the ICS 400 level.

Yes. The Mobile Responder module captures data offline, including GPS-tagged photos and video, and syncs automatically when the connection returns.
