What DisasterLAN does
DisasterLAN (DLAN) is a modular, web-based all-hazards incident management system. It started in 2002 as a pilot for the Erie County Emergency Operations Center and now runs in more than 300 deployments across the US, plus customers in 10 or more countries.
Turn on the modules you need. Add more later as your program grows. The system is configured to your agency structure, with your own dashboards, forms and workflows.

How is DisasterLAN priced?
Pricing is available on request and is based on bandwidth, not per seat. Tell us your modules and deployment choice and we will put together a quote.
Do we pay for every user?
No. BCG uses bandwidth-based licensing instead of per-seat licensing, so you can bring extra staff and partner agencies into a large activation.
Can we host it on our own servers?
Yes. DLAN is available cloud-hosted or on-premise. BCG is an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified provider.
Is the software NIMS and ICS compliant?
DLAN uses ICS-compliant templates and workflows and was the first incident management system evaluated by FEMA's NIMS STEP program as fully compliant.
Can it be customized for our forms and workflows?
Yes. Dashboards, forms and workflows are configurable, and BCG offers custom engineering and integration services. If a requested customization helps other customers, it may be developed at reduced cost or no cost.
Do you provide training and support?
Yes. BCG offers role-based, ICS and scenario-based training, system administration support, exercise support and onsite activation support. All DLAN staff are trained in ICS through the 400 level.
