How is DLAN priced for a fire department?
Pricing is available on request. BCG uses bandwidth-based licensing instead of per-seat pricing, so cost does not climb every time you add a user. We prepare a quote after a short call about your deployment.
Is the software ICS and NIMS compliant?
Yes. DLAN uses ICS-compliant templates and workflows, and it was the first and only incident management system evaluated by FEMA's NIMS STEP program as fully compliant with NIMS and ICS principles.
Can crews use it in the field without a signal?
Yes. The Mobile Responder module captures data offline and automatically syncs when connectivity returns, including GPS-tagged photos and video.
Can it be customized to our forms and workflows?
Yes. Dashboards, forms, roles and workflows are configurable. BCG also offers custom engineering and integration services. If a requested customization helps other customers, it may be developed at a significantly reduced cost or at no cost.
Do you host it, or can we keep it on our own servers?
Both. DLAN is available cloud-hosted or on-premise. BCG is an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified provider with role-based access controls and audit trails.
What training and support do you provide?
BCG offers role-based skill builder training, ICS training and scenario-based training. All BCG DLAN staff are trained in the Incident Command System and National Response Framework through the ICS 400 level. System administration, exercise support and onsite activation support are also available.
