DLAN is modular and configurable to your agency structure, with custom dashboards, forms and workflows. BCG also offers custom engineering and integration services. If a requested customization helps other customers, it may be built at a reduced cost or no cost.
Will field crews be able to use it in damaged areas?
The Mobile Responder module captures data offline and syncs automatically when the connection returns, including GPS-tagged photos and video.
