Can it be customized for our agency?
Yes. Dashboards, forms and workflows are configurable, and BCG offers custom engineering, interoperability and integration services. If a requested customization helps other customers, it may be developed at a significantly reduced cost or at no cost.
Do you provide training?
Yes. BCG offers role-based skill builder training, ICS training and scenario-based training. All BCG DLAN staff are trained in the Incident Command System and National Response Framework through the ICS 400 level.
What support is available during an activation?
BCG offers system administration support, exercise support and onsite activation support at EOCs, DOCs, ICP/field and private sector operation centers, including just-in-time training.
