DisasterLAN is a modular, web-based all-hazards incident management system used in Emergency Operations Centers across the US and Canada. You turn on the modules your team needs and configure dashboards, forms and workflows to match how your agency already works.
It handles the full cycle: planning, response, coordination and recovery. Reports export to PDF, Excel and ICS-compliant forms, so documentation is ready when the incident is over.

How is the crisis management platform priced?
Pricing is available on request. DisasterLAN uses bandwidth-based licensing instead of per-seat pricing, so your cost does not climb every time you add a user. Tell us your setup and we will scope it.
Can we host it on our own servers?
Yes. DisasterLAN is available cloud-hosted or on-premise. BCG is an ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified provider and the system uses role-based access controls and audit trails.
Is it NIMS and ICS compliant?
DisasterLAN was the first and only incident management system evaluated by FEMA's NIMS STEP program as fully compliant with NIMS and ICS principles and interoperability communications standards. ICS-compliant templates and forms are built in.
Can it be customized for our workflows?
Yes. Dashboards, forms and workflows are configurable to your agency structure. BCG also offers custom engineering and integration services. If a requested customization helps other customers, it may be built at a reduced cost or no cost.
Does it work when field crews lose connectivity?
The Mobile Responder module captures data offline, including GPS-tagged photos and video, then syncs automatically once the device reconnects.
Do you provide training and activation support?
Yes. BCG offers role-based and scenario-based training, ICS training, system administration support, exercise support and onsite just-in-time support at EOCs during large-scale incidents.
