How is workplace safety consulting priced?
We do not publish set prices. Cost depends on scope: number of sites, how many leaders you train, which surveys or assessments you need, and how much follow-up coaching you want. Tell us your goals and we will scope it with you.
Where do you deliver the work?
The United States is our primary market and we are headquartered in Atlanta, GA. We also deliver globally for multinational clients. Our Safety Culture Survey has run in 26 countries and 12 languages.
Do you come to our site or do we come to you?
Both. Workshops are delivered on-site at your location, at ADI's Atlanta training facility, or online. Behavioral Leadership Training is delivered at client locations for groups of 12 to 24 leaders and is not a public workshop.
What is the difference between BBS Prime and BBS Quick-Launch?
BBS Prime is a comprehensive, full-scale behavior-based safety program. BBS Quick-Launch is a rapid deployment option. A BBS Readiness Assessment comes first so we can confirm which fits your organization.
