Why companies pick ADI to lead change
Change you can measure
We pinpoint the behaviors that drive your results, then track whether those behaviors actually happen.
We fix root causes
Incentives, metrics and communication often reward the old way of working. We find those and realign them.
Leaders who can lead change
Behavioral Leadership Training and the 4-day Applications of Behavioral Leadership give leaders one framework for any performance problem.
Built to last
Follow-up consulting and coaching keep new behavior in place long after the workshop ends.
Proven across industries
Manufacturing, energy, mining, utilities, nuclear, healthcare, insurance, financial services, call centers and more.
The behavior experts
Founded by Dr. Aubrey C. Daniels, who introduced the phrase Performance Management to the business world.
What our organizational change consulting includes
ADI defines culture as patterns of behavior that people, systems and processes reinforce over time, on purpose or by accident. So we start by finding out what your current setup is really rewarding.
From there we build a behavioral roadmap, train your leaders, and coach them while they put it to work. Every engagement is shaped around your goals, your sites and your people.
- Culture survey to capture how employees see things today
- Site assessment using observation, interviews and document review
- Behavioral roadmap to close the gap between current and desired culture
- 2-day Behavioral Leadership Training, on site for groups of 12-24 leaders
- 4-day Applications of Behavioral Leadership, including the 5-step change process
- Bringing Out the Best in People workshop: one day on site or two half-day online sessions for groups of 12-22
- Upward feedback surveys, executive coaching and manager coaching skills
- Realignment of incentives, metrics and communication that block the change
- Certification programs to build internal behavioral training and coaching expertise

Frequently asked questions
How is your consulting priced?
Price depends on scope: number of sites and leaders, which surveys and assessments you need, how many workshops, and how much follow-up coaching. Tell us your goals and we will quote the work.
How is this different from other change management consultants?
Our work is grounded in the science of behavior analysis. Instead of slogans and one-time training, we identify the specific behaviors that produce results and fix the systems that reinforce the wrong ones.
Do you deliver on site or online?
Both. Workshops run at your location, at our Atlanta training facility, or online. Behavioral Leadership Training is delivered on site to client groups of 12-24 leaders and is not a public workshop.
Which industries do you work with?
Manufacturing, energy, utilities, nuclear power, mining, materials and construction, healthcare and insurance, financial services, call centers, transportation and warehousing, government, education and more.
Can you support sites outside the United States?
Yes. The United States is our primary market and we deliver globally for multinational clients. Our safety culture survey has been deployed in 26 countries and 12 languages.
How long does a change effort take?
It varies with scope. A typical sequence is survey and assessment, behavioral roadmap, leadership training, then follow-up consulting and coaching to sustain the change. We will map the sequence for your organization during the consultation.
