Do you work on-site or online?
Both. Workshops are delivered at your location or at our Atlanta training facility, and some programs are available online. The Bringing Out the Best in People workshop runs as one day on-site or two half-day online sessions.
How many leaders can attend a session?
Behavioral Leadership Training is delivered at client locations for groups of 12-24 leaders. The Bringing Out the Best in People workshop is for groups of 12-22.
Can you run surveys for our global sites?
Yes. We support multinational clients, and our safety culture survey has been deployed in 26 countries and 12 languages. Custom surveys can be built for your organization.
Do you coach individuals who are not with a company?
No. We work with organizations. Our coaching and training support leaders and teams inside a client company, not private individuals buying personal coaching.
