UV purification and the systems that support it
Food and beverage operations need water that is safe at the point of use. UV germicidal purification uses light, not chemicals, to kill microbes in the water stream. Nothing is added to the water and nothing is left behind.
UV works best as part of a complete treatment train. Aqua General builds the full system: pre-filtration, softening, reverse osmosis or deionized water, then UV as the final germicidal step. We also service and repair the equipment you already own.

What does a UV system cost?
Pricing depends on your flow rate, water quality and what pre-treatment the system needs. We test your water on site for free, then quote the exact equipment for your facility.
Does UV replace filtration?
No. UV kills microbes but does not remove particles, hardness or chemicals. We usually pair UV with pre-filtration, softening, RO or DI so the UV lamp works as intended.
Do you serve my area?

Can you service the equipment we already have?
