Is it truly anonymous, or just confidential?
It is anonymous by design. There is no technical mechanism in the platform that can expose who sent a message, so neither AnonyMoose nor your team can identify an author.

They use the app on their personal phone and get push notifications for every reply, poll, survey and broadcast. No company email or company device is needed.
How long does setup take and what do we need?
It is cloud SaaS with no hardware and no on-premise install. Hotlines are typically deployable in 2 to 4 weeks, with employee data uploaded from any HRMS as a simple Excel file.
Can we survey only certain groups?
Yes. Polls, surveys and broadcasts can target Close User Groups built from up to five custom attributes you define, for example managers in one city with ten or more years of tenure.
