Do staff need a company email or device?
No. Employees use the app on their personal phone. They are authenticated against an HRMS data upload, so no company email address is required.
Can messages really not be traced back to an employee?
Correct. Identities are untraceable by design. There is no technical mechanism in the platform that can expose who sent a message, and data is encrypted at all times.
Can we target only certain properties or shifts?
Yes. Close User Groups let you target polls and broadcasts using up to five custom attributes you define, such as location, role, level or tenure.
