Will it work for staff without company email or a laptop?
Yes. Employees download the app on a personal phone and are authenticated against your HRMS upload. No company device or company email address is required.
Can we send a message to only one location or shift?
Yes. Broadcast and Polls & Surveys both use Close User Groups, which target people by up to five custom attributes you define, such as site, role, level or tenure.
Is the feedback really anonymous?
Anonymity is built into the design, not promised by policy. There is no technical mechanism in the platform that can reveal who sent a message, so neither AnonyMoose nor your team can identify an author. Data is encrypted at all times.
How long does setup take?
There is no hardware and no on-premise install. Hotlines are typically deployable in 2 to 4 weeks, with employee data uploaded from any HRMS as a simple Excel file. Your quote will confirm the plan for your setup.
Do you support teams outside the United States?
