Why compliance teams choose AnonyMoose Hotlines
True anonymity, not a promise
There is no mechanism in the platform that can reveal who sent a report — not to us, not to you.
More reports, fewer barriers
No phone call, no voice to recognize, no walking off to find privacy. Staff report from their own phone.
Evidence attached to the report
Reporters can attach documents, photos, screenshots, location data or any other file to the thread.
Case management built in
Set urgency levels, change status, assign notes, filter and search every case in AnonyMoose Web.
Regulator-facing records
Structured case records support audit-committee review and evidence of a working escalation channel.
Quick to deploy, no hardware
Cloud SaaS with employee data uploaded from any HRMS as a simple Excel file. Nothing to install.
How AnonyMoose Hotlines work
You build your own directory of Hotlines, each one dedicated to a specific issue — sexual harassment, discrimination, bias, fraud, safety violations, compliance and ethics breaches, retaliation and more. Each Hotline routes to the people you choose in HR, legal, compliance or the audit committee.
An employee opens the app, picks the right Hotline and starts typing. The thread stays open, so your team can ask follow-up questions, share policy documents or offer support resources — all while the reporter stays anonymous.
- Mobile app for employees plus AnonyMoose Web for your response team
- Conversational threads instead of one-shot phone calls or web forms
- Attachments both ways: documents, images, screenshots, location data
- Urgency levels, status tracking, internal notes and activity history
- Insights Dashboard with AI pattern analysis across reports on a Hotline
- Aligned with SOX §806 and §301, Dodd-Frank §922 and §1057, OSHA 11(c), NLRA §7
- EU Whistleblower Directive 2019/1937 and UK PIDA support, with EU data-residency options
- Add Openlines, Polls & Surveys and Broadcast in the same subscription

Frequently asked questions
How much does an ethics hotline cost?
Subscription pricing is scaled to your organization size and number of users, with custom enterprise pricing available. Send us your details and we will quote you.
Is the hotline truly anonymous?
Yes. Identities are untraceable by design. There is no technical mechanism in the platform that can expose who sent a report — neither AnonyMoose nor your team can identify the author.
Does it meet SOX and Dodd-Frank requirements?
Hotlines provide the anonymous, attachment-capable channel used for SOX §806 and §301 audit-committee reporting, Dodd-Frank §922 and §1057, OSHA 11(c) and NLRA §7, and produce structured case records for review.
Can we follow up with an anonymous reporter?
Yes. Each report opens a persistent conversation thread, so your compliance team can ask follow-up questions, request documents and share resources without the reporter's identity ever being revealed.
How long does setup take?
Hotlines are typically deployable in 2 to 4 weeks. Employee data is uploaded from any HRMS as a simple Excel file. There is no hardware and no on-premise install.
Do you provide live phone operators or investigations?
No. AnonyMoose is a software platform, not a call center or investigation service. Reports route to your own designated HR, legal, compliance or audit committee recipients.
Can we use it for EU or UK entities?
Yes. The platform supports EU Whistleblower Directive 2019/1937 and UK PIDA requirements, including the seven-day acknowledgment and three-month feedback timelines, with EU/EEA data-residency configurations available.
