What our FRP repairs and tank relining cover
Most FRP tanks fail from the inside out. The interior corrosion barrier breaks down first — spidering, disbondment, abrasion wear, emulsification or capillary migration under the liner. We rebuild that barrier with a multi-layer veil and resin system matched to the product you store, then post-cure and inspect before the tank goes back in service.
We also handle structural laminate repair, nozzle and manway work, ductwork and scrubbers, and heating panels. If you are not sure what the tank needs, an inspection with ultrasonic, laser and high-intensity backlight testing gives you a written condition report with recommended actions.

How much do FRP repairs cost?

Do you come to our site, or do we ship the tank?
Almost all work is done on-site at your facility. Field crews travel to all 50 US states including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, plus Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and select international locations. FRP tanker trailers are relined at our New Hampshire facilities.
Is relining really better than buying a new tank?
Relining restores the interior corrosion barrier and adds years of service life without removing the vessel from its foundation. It avoids the capital cost and long lead times of a replacement FRP tank.
Can you reline a tank for a chemical it was not built for?
Yes. We build product- and temperature-specific corrosion systems, so an in-place tank can be adapted to a new chemistry or a new operating temperature.
Can you work during our shutdown or at night?
Yes. We schedule around your operation year-round, including planned shutdowns, night shifts and weekends. Crews can heat or cool the tank and work area so ambient conditions do not delay the repair.
