We work only on FRP: tanks, ductwork, scrubbers, neutralizers and tanker trailers. Every job starts with an inspection of the interior corrosion coat, the structural body, the exterior shell and the nozzle interfaces. Ultrasonic, laser and high-intensity backlight testing show what is happening inside the laminate, not just on the surface.
From there we build a repair plan that fits your budget and your outage window. Lining systems are matched to the stored product and the operating temperature, including chemistries the tank was never originally designed for.

Can my fiberglass tank be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, yes. Relining restores the interior corrosion barrier and can add years of service life. An inspection with ultrasonic, laser and high-intensity backlight testing tells us whether the structural laminate is sound and what repair is right.
What does a fiberglass tank repair cost?

Yes. Field crews work on-site across all 50 US states, including Hawaii and Puerto Rico, plus Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and select international locations.
Can you work during our shutdown or off-hours?
Yes. We schedule around your operation year-round, including planned shutdowns, night shifts and weekends. Crews can heat or cool the tank and work area, so weather does not delay a planned repair.
What chemicals can the lining handle?
We build product-specific systems for sodium hypochlorite, sodium hydroxide, ferric chloride, hydrochloric acid and other caustics and acids, plus potable water, deionized water and food-processing fluids. Systems are available even for chemistries the tank was not originally designed for.
Do you repair FRP tanker trailers too?
Yes. We have two dedicated FRP tanker-trailer relining facilities in Ashland and Franklin, NH. A trailer can typically be repaired and relined in about two weeks at the facility.
