Unpacking is the part of a move most people dread. We take it off your plate. Our organizers open every box, sort the contents, and decide with you where each item belongs, room by room. Then we build the storage and labeling so the home works on day one.

Frequently asked questions
How much does unpacking cost?
Pricing depends on the size of your home, how many boxes there are, the team size needed and how much product sourcing is involved. We quote after a Discover consultation so the number reflects your actual move.
Do you move my things too?
We are not a moving or trucking company. We act as your move advisors and coordinate logistics with the moving company, including white-glove movers and art movers from our vendor network, then handle the unpacking and organizing.
Where do you work?
All five NYC boroughs, Westchester, Long Island and the Hamptons, New Jersey and Connecticut. We travel outside the Tri-state area upon request.
How long will unpacking take?
It depends on the home size, the number of boxes and how involved you want to be. We give you a plan and schedule after the consultation so you know what to expect.
Can you just do a few rooms?
Yes. Many clients start with the kitchen, pantry and closets. We can also unpack the whole home and set up every room.
What happens to things I no longer want?
We guide a thoughtful decluttering process, create inventories if needed, and oversee clearout, packing and delivery. We can refer trusted vendors and work with donation and creative reuse partners where possible.
