How much do downsizing services cost?
Every home is different, so we quote after the Discover consultation. The plan depends on the size of the space, how much you are sorting, and whether you want packing, unpacking and product sourcing included.
Do you provide the moving truck and movers?
No. We are not a moving company. We act as your move managers and coordinate white-glove movers from our trusted vendor network, then handle the unpacking and organizing so the new home is move-in ready.
What happens to the things we let go of?
We handle the logistics and oversee any clearout, packing, loading or delivery. We promote sustainability and work with donation and creative reuse partners, and we can refer appraisers for items of value.
Where do you work?
All five NYC boroughs, Westchester, Long Island and The Hamptons, New Jersey and Connecticut. We travel elsewhere by request.
Can you help a senior parent when family lives out of town?
Yes. We work with families, estate managers and executive assistants, and we can run the Discover consultation virtually. We keep you updated and follow the decisions the family makes together.
Do I have to be there the whole time?
No. The organizing phase is tailored to how involved you want to be. Some clients make the keep-or-let-go calls and hand off the rest to our team.
