Sand Casting Capabilities
Our sand casting line is built for durable, high-quality components where size and cost matter more than ultra-fine detail. It suits valves, pumps, housings, brackets and heavy machinery parts.
If your part needs tighter tolerances or a smoother finish, we can also quote investment casting or high pressure die casting, so you get the right process for the part instead of the only one we run.

How much do sand castings cost?
Every part is custom, so pricing is quoted per project. Cost depends on material, part size and weight, tooling, volume and any machining or finishing you add. Send drawings and we will quote.
What materials can you sand cast?
Steel, gray iron, ductile iron and bronze. If your part needs stainless or carbon steel with tighter tolerances, we can quote investment casting instead.
Is there a minimum order?
We handle custom projects of different sizes, from prototype to production. Share your annual volume and we will tell you what makes sense for your part.
Where are the parts made and where do you ship?
Production is in Vietnam and China. We serve buyers in the United States, Mexico, India, Taiwan, Vietnam and wider Asia, with logistics planning, freight routing and customs support.
Can you machine and finish the castings?
Yes. We add CNC milling, turning and tapping, plus shot blasting, powder coating, e-coating and plating, and can weld and assemble parts before shipping.
What quality documents do you provide?
During qualification we can supply a dimensional report with ballooned drawing, process flow chart, control plan, process FMEA, capability studies, material certification and lot traceability.
