A-SPARK is a contract manufacturer in Que Vo Industrial Zone 1, Bac Ninh, Vietnam, with a branch in Dongguan, China. Every part is custom. You send drawings and volumes, and we quote the tool and the parts together.

Tool build, samples, production
We cut the tool in-house, send samples with quality documentation for approval, then run production and plan packaging and freight.

How much does plastic injection molding cost?
There is no fixed or published pricing. Every part is custom, so we quote the tooling and the molded parts per project once we see your drawings, material and volume.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
We handle both high-volume and low-volume production with single- and multi-cavity tools. Tell us your yearly volume and we will quote the tooling and run size that fits.
Can you build the mold, or must I supply one?
We design, fabricate and maintain molds in-house. We can also run production from an existing tool if you are moving a part to Asia.
Where are the parts made and can you ship to me?
Molding is done in Vietnam, with a branch in Dongguan, China. We serve buyers in the United States, Mexico, India, Taiwan and wider Asia, and provide freight routing, hub services, custom packaging and customs support.
What quality documents do you provide?
Our systems are ISO 9001 and IATF 16949:2016 certified. Qualification packages can include dimensional reports with ballooned drawings, process flow charts, control plans, PFMEA, capability studies, material certification and lot traceability.
Can you add inserts, printing or assembly?
Yes. We offer insert molding, over molding, 2-shot molding, pad printing, ultrasonic welding, powder coating and mechanical or light electronics assembly, plus final QC and functional testing.
