Frequently asked questions
How much does a custom aluminum extrusion cost?
We do not publish prices because every profile is different. Cost depends on the profile shape, alloy, temper, finish, machining and volume. Send your drawing and we will quote the die and the parts.
Which alloys and tempers can you extrude?
A6063, A6061, A60N1, A6082, A6005 and A7075, available in T5 and T6 tempers. We also offer copper and aluminum-based heat pipe.
How large can my profile be?
Presses run from 550 tons to 2,800 tons and handle profiles up to a 12 inch circle. Secondary CNC machining is available up to 4,500 mm in length.
Can you machine, weld and finish the extrusions?
Yes. We add CNC machining, welding, anodizing and powder coating, and we can also assemble parts into a sub-assembly or finished build.
Do you supply buyers outside Vietnam?
Yes. We sell to OEMs in the United States, Mexico, India, Taiwan, Vietnam and wider Asia. We plan freight routing, custom packaging and customs facilitation as part of the project.
Is there a minimum order?
Minimums are set per project, not published. Tell us your yearly volume and part size and we will confirm what works during the quote.
