Our CNC machining capability
A-SPARK runs CNC milling and turning at our plant in Que Vo Industrial Zone 1, Bac Ninh, Vietnam, with a branch in Dongguan, China. We machine parts from raw stock and finish castings, forgings, extrusions and sheet metal made in the same group.
Every part is custom and quoted per project. Send a 2D drawing or 3D model with material, tolerance and yearly volume, and our engineers will review it for manufacturability before quoting.

1. We review your part
Our engineers check the drawing, material and tolerances and run a DFM review to flag cost drivers.
2. You get a quote
We price the part for your volume, including secondary machining, finishing and packaging if you need them.
3. Samples, then production
We build fixtures, run first article samples with a dimensional report, then scale to production and ship.
Frequently asked questions
How is pricing set?
All work is custom, so pricing is quoted per project. Cost depends on the part, material, tolerances, finishing and annual volume. Send your drawing and we will price it.
What is the minimum order?
We handle both low and high volume work. Tell us your yearly quantity in the form and we will confirm what makes sense for your part.
What sizes and materials can you machine?
CNC turning fits within a 50mm (2 inch) diameter. Milling covers complex geometries on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machines. Materials include aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, steel, stainless steel and plastics.
Where are the parts made and can you ship to us?
Parts are made in Bac Ninh, Vietnam, with a branch in Dongguan, China. We sell to buyers in North America, Mexico, India, Taiwan and wider Asia, and offer freight routing, customs facilitation and custom packaging.
Can you do more than machining?
Yes. We also offer die casting, sand and investment casting, forging, aluminum extrusion, sheet metal fabrication, plastic and rubber molding, welding, surface treatment and assembly.
What quality documents do you provide?
During product qualification we can supply a dimensional report with ballooned drawing, process flow chart, control plan, process FMEA, capability studies, material and finishing certification, and lot traceability.
