How much do automotive plastic parts cost?
Pricing is available on request. Every part is custom, so cost depends on your design, material, tooling and volume. Send your drawings and we will quote the project.
Do you handle low volumes as well as high volumes?
Yes. Our presses run from 50 to 1000+ tons and we support both high-volume and low-volume production with single- and multi-cavity tools.
Are you qualified for automotive work?
We are certified to IATF 16949:2016 for automotive quality management, plus ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 14064. We provide PPAP, FMEA, capability studies and material traceability.
Can you build the mold too?
Yes. Tool design, fabrication and maintenance are done in house, along with mold making for die cast and progressive or transfer dies.
Where are the parts made and can you ship to us?
Production is in Vietnam (Bac Ninh) and China (Dongguan). We serve customers in the United States, Mexico, India, Taiwan and wider Asia, with logistics planning, freight routing, customs facilitation and custom packaging.
Can you add metal parts or assembly to the same program?
Yes. We also offer die casting, CNC machining, sheet metal, forging, extrusion, welding, surface treatment and mechanical or light electronics assembly, so you can get a finished sub-assembly.
