Aluminum extrusion heat sink capabilities
Our extrusion presses run from 550 to 2800 tons and handle profiles up to a 12 inch circle. That covers small board-level heat sinks through large LED housings and power enclosure profiles.

1. Drawing review
Our engineers look at your profile, alloy, temper and volume, and run a DFM review to flag anything that will raise cost.
2. Quote and tooling plan
You get pricing for the part plus the extrusion die and any machining, anodizing or powder coating you need.
3. Samples, then production
We build the die, run first article samples for your approval, then move to production with QC and packing for shipment.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an aluminum extrusion heat sink cost?
There is no fixed price list. Every heat sink is custom, so cost depends on the profile, alloy, length, finishing and volume. Send your drawing and we will quote it.
What size heat sink profiles can you extrude?
Our presses run from 550 to 2800 tons and handle profiles up to a 12 inch circle. Secondary CNC machining is available up to 4500mm length.
Which aluminum alloys do you offer?
A6063, A6061, A60N1, A6082, A6005 and A7075, available in T5 and T6 tempers. Copper and aluminum-based heat pipes are also available.
Can you anodize or powder coat the heat sinks?
Yes. Anodizing and powder coating are part of our surface treatment services, along with e-coating, plating and shot blasting for other metal parts.
Do I need my own extrusion die?
No. We make tooling and can build a new die from your profile drawing. If you already have a die, tell us in your request and we will discuss it.
Where do you manufacture and ship from?
Production is in Vietnam at Que Vo Industrial Zone 1, Bac Ninh, with a branch in Dongguan, China. We ship to customers in North America, Mexico, India, Taiwan and across Asia, and help with freight routing and customs.
