Inside our aluminum die casting factory
We run high pressure die casting in aluminum, zinc and magnesium alloys. Complex shapes come out accurate and consistent, then move straight into secondary machining and finishing lines in the same plant.
Every part is custom and quoted per project. Send a drawing, a 3D file or a sample, and our engineers will review the design, the alloy and the tooling plan with you.

Frequently asked questions
How is aluminum die casting priced?
Every part is custom, so pricing is quoted per project. Cost depends on part size, alloy, tooling, machining, finishing and volume. Send your drawing and we will price it.
Where are the parts made?
Casting takes place at our plant in Que Vo Industrial Zone 1, Bac Ninh, Vietnam. We also have a branch in Dongguan, China. We do not have plants in the US or Europe.
Can you machine and coat the castings too?
Yes. We do secondary machining such as milling, turning and tapping, plus shot blasting, anodizing, powder coating, e-coating and plating, then assembly and packaging.
What part sizes can you cast?
Our 27 in-house presses run from 50 to 800 tons. For larger parts we use partner presses from 1800 to 2300 tons. Tell us your part weight and we will confirm the fit.
Do you supply automotive parts?
Yes. Our quality system is certified to IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015, and we support PPAP, FMEA, capability studies, CMM inspection and material traceability.
Can you help with shipping and customs?
Yes. We offer hub services, logistics planning, freight routing, custom packaging, tariff engineering and customs facilitation. Terms are confirmed with your quote.
