How much does aluminium CNC milling cost?
There is no fixed price list. Every part is custom, so cost depends on geometry, tolerances, alloy, finish and volume. Send your drawings and we quote the job.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We support both prototypes and production runs, and quote each project on its own. Tell us your yearly volume in the form and we will confirm what works for your part.
What size aluminium parts can you machine?
Milling is done on 3-, 4- and 5-axis machines. CNC turning fits parts within 50 mm (2 in) diameter. Extruded aluminium profiles can be machined up to 4500 mm long.
Can you finish the parts too?
Yes. We offer anodizing, powder coating, e-coating, plating and shot blasting in house, plus assembly, welding, and vibration, leak and functional testing.
Where are the parts made and can you ship to us?
Parts are made at our plant in Bac Ninh, Vietnam, with a branch in Dongguan, China. We provide logistics planning, freight routing, custom packaging and customs support for buyers in North America, Mexico, India, Taiwan and Asia.
What quality documents do I get?
During qualification we can supply a dimensional report with ballooned drawing, process flow chart, control plan, process FMEA, capability studies, material and finishing certificates, and lot traceability.
